SUPERIORITAS 2025 — Finalists Exhibition

The SUPERIORITAS 2025 Finalists Exhibition is presented online by Imitazione as a curated digital project that extends the exhibition beyond its physical context. Conceived as an editorial and spatial experience, the online exhibition offers a considered encounter with the selected works, allowing viewers to engage with the finalists’ practices through slow looking, contextual framing, and attentive navigation.

SUPERIORITAS has consistently foregrounded contemporary artistic practices that demonstrate conceptual clarity, material intelligence, and critical awareness. The finalists of the 2025 edition reflect a wide range of approaches and geographies, united by an ability to situate their work within broader cultural, social, and material questions of the present. Rather than proposing a single thematic narrative, the exhibition brings these practices into dialogue through proximity, rhythm, and contrast.

The digital exhibition is realised through an immersive spatial format developed in collaboration with professional designers. This format is not intended as a simulation of the physical exhibition, but as an authored environment that translates curatorial structure into a digital space. The architecture of the exhibition guides the viewer through distinct yet interconnected moments, allowing each work to maintain its autonomy while contributing to a shared experiential framework.

By hosting the final exhibition online, Imitazione continues its commitment to presenting exhibitions as editorial projects — spaces where writing, curation, and design converge to support contemporary artistic practice and international exchange.
